El Pastor Soho
Inspired by the nightclub our founders ran in the 90’s and 00’s in Mexico City, El Pastor Soho will have a music program with Latin American and electronica music and décor will feel like old parts of downtown Mexico City. We pour our hearts into top quality authentic produce, making fresh tortillas daily using heirloom corn and working directly with suppliers and cooperative farmers in Mexico. This ethos will be felt by our teams, as in our current El Pastor restaurants, they understand the journey of the ingredients and how important they are to the dishes they serve. We are looking for a large vibrant team to create a big-fun warm energy.
The Bar Supervisor Role
- Experience in a supervisory bar role, or one years’ experience working in a high-volume bar
- Supporting colleagues on the bar
- Ensuring exceptional quality drinks are consistently delivered
- Following opening and closing procedures
- Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
- Strong command of English language
- Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
- Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
