We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our small, dedicated Librarian’s Office team, who work together to deliver effective and efficient executive support to the National Librarian and Chief Executive and the senior management team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced, skilled Personal Assistant who works well in collaboration with colleagues to provide a seamless administrative support in a busy and dynamic environment. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and will be able to multi task and meet set deadlines and it would be advantageous if experience had previously been gained within a cultural setting.
