We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and help maintain our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks, such as minor repairs, painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a good understanding of basic building maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Perform general carpentry work.
- Install and repair fixtures and appliances.
- Assess and diagnose problems with various systems.
- Maintain records of repairs and maintenance.
- Provide customer service and advice on home improvement projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Zero hours contract
Salary: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
