As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors a professional and friendly attitude is essential to succeed in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

-Provide full reception duties.

- Receive and direct all incoming calls.

- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers

- Meet and greet clients and visitors.

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing, and filing.

- Meeting room and diary management through Microsoft Outlook system.

- Organise refreshments for meetings and visitors.

- Maintain stock levels of office items, such as stationery and cleaning materials.

- Deal with incoming and outgoing post.

- Arrange and manage hotel and external meeting reservations.

- Liaise with external maintenance providers to co-ordinate facilities management.

- Administration support to other departments as required.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements

- Experience in an administration or receptionist role

- Excellent, professional communication skills, particularly over the phone.

- Positive approach to customer and clients

- Good experience and working knowledge of using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook

- Understanding of and commitment to the company values

- Ability to work within timescales and to deadlines is essential.

Working Conditions

Full Time – Office Based. Part-time hours will be considered but must work Monday – Friday.

Salary – Dependant on experience. Aptus is proud to be accredited as a Real Living Wage Employer.
